New England Thyroid Club 2018 Annual Meeting

The New England Thyroid Club is an annual conference that caters to the needs of the region’s endocrine community interested in clinical thyroidology with the aim of providing up-to-date continuing medical education. It brings together providers from different practice settings, facilitates networking and provides trainees the opportunity to prepare and share clinical cases with other participants.

Accreditation

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of Boston University School of Medicine and Section of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Nutrition at Boston University School of Medicine.  Boston University School of Medicine is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Boston University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 4.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

 

Cancellation

Substitution/Cancellation Policy
Substitution may be made at any time without an additional charge. Refunds will be issued for all cancellations received at least two weeks prior to the start of the conference. Should cancellation occur less than two weeks prior to the start of the conference, a credit towards another Boston University School of Medicine conference will be issued, not a refund. A $50.00 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds and credits. “No shows” are subject to the full course fee. Cancellations/ substitutions must be made in writing. Refunds and credits will not be issued once the conference has started. This course is subject to change and/or cancellation.
